The Sales Success Series begins with the Sales Success Audit, conducted with the business owner, CEO or top sales management, looking at sales processes, people and prospect list, making practical suggestions and recommendations on program or programs designed to achieve the desired outcomes.
The programs are delivered through a combination of email tips, workshops, seminars, away days and weekends, as well as the Sales Mentor service, where key management or team members work closely with David over a period of three, six or twelve months to move sales performance and the company’s results to the next level. As Sales Mentor, David meets your people every week, fortnight or month to set and review short term objectives. There is a weekly update on prospects and sales campaigns, and David provides other support as required.
