Service
The starting point for VKA’s Service programs is “Service that Sells”. This is a short workshop for groups of business owners, but can also be delivered as an in house seminar, with realistic role plays around all of the key service “touch points”. For 99% of VKA’s clients it is the quality of the service provided, the delight aroused by the buying experience, the magic moments bejewelling the service process which makes the difference between “OK” and “Brilliant!”
