VKA believe that delegation is a key skill in business development. The Leadership program starts with an in depth evaluation of the business owner’s leadership and decision making style. The “Building Your Team” workshop and seminars puts leadership skills into action. It can be good to compare notes with other business owners and managers, but some VKA clients make phenomenal progress when they involve the team itself.
