David is a sales professional with a successful track record of selling, and developing successful sales teams and winning salespeople. 


VKA’s programmes cover three key areas of business – Sales, Service and Leadership.

The Sales Success Series begins with the Sales Success Audit, conducted with the business owner, CEO or top sales management, looking at sales processes, people and prospect list, making practical suggestions and recommendations on programme or programmes designed to achieve the desired outcomes.

The programmes are delivered through a combination of email tips, workshops, seminars, away days and weekends, as well as the Sales Mentor service, where key management or team members work closely with David over a period of three, six or twelve months to move sales performance and the
company’s results towards the real potential of the business.

 

 As Sales Mentor, David meets your people every week,fortnight or month to agree and review short term objectives. There is a weekly update on prospects and sales campaigns, and David provides other support as required. VKA Business Development thrives on customer results, and this is the main focus when working with clients in the Sales Success Series.
